Ugh, ugh, UGH.

Apparently, my binge trigger is mac and cheese. I binged all freaking day on that crap. UGH. And this morning, I was about .6 lbs from breaking my low weight! UGH!

Shoot me, please?

  1. Don't worry too much about it, it happens to the best and the strongest of us (i don't really qualify in that category, but it's ok).
    I know you probably feel horrible right now, everyone does after a binge. I just had one yesterday, so i know what I'm talking about. The important thing is DON'T GIVE UP. Just let this motivate you to try harder in the future. Love ya!
